Cleaver

I received this product to test. This cleaver is easy to hold, and fits well in my hand as well as my husbands. The handle is weighted so it is easier to control when cutting through either tough meat or meat with bones. We were able to cut up a whole chicken, cut through a slab of spare ribs easily. The handle is comfortable to grip, which makes for easy cutting of bulk meats. We have recently started grinding our own burgers and sausages, so this knife has been a great addition to my kitchen.

  I like that after cutting your meats and vegetables, or chopping herbs, you can use the edge of the knife to scoop up the cut foods and add them to the skillet, pan or wok. When cutting meats, they don't stick to the knife. This is a high quality knife, since it is ice tempered, it should not need sharpened for a long time. Should you ever need to sharpen it, you can.

This would be a great addition to any kitchen, whether you are a novice cook, an experienced chef, an avid hunter, or just want to save on your grocery bill.

Easy Made Kitchen Silicone Rack

By using a roasting rack, you are able to raise the food that you are trying to roast, up out of any liquids. If the food is left to cook in the liquids,it is more like stewing. It also allows grease and fat to drain off of your meats. Do you hate having your bacon swimming in grease. You can place these racks inside of a pan and place your bacon across it. Then bake, all of the excess fat will be in the bottom of the pan. Leaving you nice crispy bacon.

Here is the reason that I have this product a 4 star rating. To install, I needed to buy different screws then those that were provided. The screws need to have a bigger head, and be made of a better quality metal. If not you are going to either strip them, or the small screw heads Will go through the metal of the organizer. I also used dry wall toggles, instead of the ones provided, for more security. The predrilled holes don't line up to the studs in my house.

* If you have trouble with an item falling, check to make sure that you placed the heaviest part at the top, for instance the broom head.
