I received the Get Lean Kit containing: chocolate muscle mix (protein shake), 180° cleanse and 180° burn. You take 1or 2 capsules of 180° burn in the morning when you wake up, with a cup of water. Around 2 I take 1 180° burn capsule.
I drink the shake around 2 also. I mix 6 ounces of almond or coconut milk with 1tbsp mix. You can also blend with ice and fruit if you want more of a smoothie type drink. The shake tastes great. The shake along with the 180° burn capsule kept me feeling full, and gave me the extra energy without feeling jittery. I received this product from Lean 180 in exchange for my honest opinion.
