Luxury 1000 Thread count Sheets by Yorkshire - Mayfair

  These sheets are part of the Yorkshire -Mayfair Hotel Collection. Let me tell you, they definitely live up to their name. They feel like the sheets that you find in the nice Posh Hotels. The sheets come in a zippered bag, that you can use to store the sheets in when not in use. The sheets are made of 100 % cotton. They are double stitched for added durability.

  The fitted sheet is big enough to fit my pillow top mattress without a fight. The elastic on the corner pockets is tight enough to prevent the sheet from coming off, even if you toss and turn. So no more wrestling the sheets in the night. The sheets have a nice soft sateen like finish. So far they have held up after several rounds through the washer and dryer. There has been no fraying, pulling or discoloration of the fabric.

  I like that the sheets have a silky soft feel. The Yorkshire -Mayfair Hotel Collection Sheets hold up well after washing and drying. The sheets are cool to the touch, which us a nice plus, especially with warm weather fast approaching. I received this product for purpose of inspection and unbiased review.   The sheets that I received for purpose of inspection and unbiased review, are an sage green color. They are deep pocketed, which work great on my.double pillow top bed. They fit up to a 16 inch thick bed. The package contained, pillow case,  one flat sheet and a fitted sheet.

Thread count is simply the number of threads per square inch of fabric. These consist of vertical threads (warp) and horizontal threads (weft) woven together. Construction refers to how the thread count is achieved (# of warp and weft yarns, # of picks in the weft, use of 2 ply yarns, etc.)

  As soon as I got the sheets I washed them. It was nice to see that they were not wrinkly when they came out of the dryer. They did not shrink. The fabric is soft, so it was nice to snuggle into bed with soft sheets. These sheets come in several different colors.  They are 
quality sheets at an affordable price.
