Book one in the Calloway Cove Series

This is the authors first book, and from reading this book, I can't wait to read more of her work. The book is action packed, drama filled. I was unable to put it down.
Andi Calloway just finished her Junior year at Ohio State, majoring in Creative Writing. She hears of the perfect job opportunity for her, as an assistant to her favorite author Ford Delaney.
When she gets to the interview she gets more than she had bargained for. she has to compete against her two best friends for the job. One wants the job in hopes of scoring the perfect trophy husband. The other just wants away from the abuse that she is enduring in this town.
Ford Delaney, handsome, well known author with quite the past.He has gone from home to home as a juvenile, selling drugs, dating numerous women. Then he hit rock bottom when his mentor died. He turned to writing as a way to release the pain. All the people in his life want to take from him. Will Andy be different.
Andi is forced to make numerous decisions throughout the book. Does she fight for the job opportunity of a lifetime, at the risk of losing her two best friends. Does she stay in the comfortable relationship she has with Peter, does she really love him? Is what she feels for Ford merely admiration or was it chemistry she felt.
