When I first got the case out of the packaging, there were instructions stating that I need to test the bag with a tissue inside. You submerge it in water for ten minutes. This is to verify that it does not leak. If it were to leak you are to contact them for a replacement. A stylus is included with the case, so you can use the phone while in the case. Although with my phone it was hard to use my top and side buttons while in the case. And I did not care for the twist lock latches.
