The collar adjusts to fit 12 inch to 20 inches. The collar is weatherproof, (not waterproof) It fits dogs ranging from 15 to 100 pounds. One remote can operate 2 collars. This collar has three adjustable settings. The first setting being, level one which is a vibration level. The second is a single shock stimulation. The third is a shock burst stimulation.
