Smarter Baking Mat

  The baking mat is a half baking sheet size. 16 5/8 X 11 inches. It fits a standard half sized baking tray (18X13)
The mat works in temperatures from -40 to 480° F (-40 to 240 C) So it can be moved from the refrigerator to the microwave.
Nothing sticks to the mat, from cakes, cookies, pies, pizzas to meat. The silicone surface ensures that no strong food smells linger on the mat as it's cleaned properly. Even fish can be cooked on it.

  The mat is easy to clean, wipe the mat with a clean cloth, and warm soapy water. Rinse and allow to air dry. This mat can be folded up or stored flat. Silicone baking mats ate a healthier cooking and baking option. They do not require sprays or oils to prevent sticking. The mat can also be used as a non stick working surface, for kneading and rolling out products. By using this mat for a working surface, you ensure that your product us not over floured.
