Kupko Pizza Cutter

This pizza cutter can be used for more than just pizza. It can be used to cut pastries, tortillas, quesadillas, pastas, such as homemade ravioli, and more. The cutter is made of food grade stainless steel. The cutting wheel is a nice size, being 4 inches. I like that the cutter is durable and very sturdy. Some pizza cutters tend to wobble as you try to cut your pizza. Which leaves you with jagged edges on your pizza. Other cutters also tend to not be as sharp, leaving some of your toppings either on the cutter or on the other slice of pizza. This is sharp enough to cut your veggies or meat in half. The cutter slides easily and effortlessly across anything you try to cut.

I have personally tried the Kupko pizza cutter on a store bought frozen pizza, a thick crust homemade pizza, loaded with toppings. It also worked great cutting my pasta dough into a perfect rectangle, for ravioli. Once the ravioli were filled and the top dough was placed on top and pressed, we used the cutter to cut the individual ravioli squares. This cutter worked so well making ravioli, that my kids decided that we should make more batches to put in the freezer.
