The tweezers are made of stainless steel. Stainless steel tweezers keep their tension better. The tweezers are sharpened to a .4 mm point. This point makes it easier to pluck very short, or ingrown hairs as wel as small splinters. They are hand filed so they never need sharpening. The tweezers come in a PVC tube,  for easy storage. It also makes it easier to find tweezers in the drawer or bottom of your purse.

  The tweezers are easy to use, even on small, thin hairs. They worked great at removing a very thin small metal spinter from my Hubby's finger. It is easy to get the short hairs that grow back after you get your eyebrows waxed. They remove ingrown hairs easily. The previous tweezers, that I was,using were an expensive pair from the salon. It didn't take long for them to lose their tension making it nearly impossible to pluck small thin hairs. I received this product for purpose of inspection and unbiased review.
